In July, Russians received 86 thousand mortgages
In July, banks issued 86,000 mortgage loans to Russians totaling 336 billion rubles, according to Dom. RF data.RF data. Compared to June, issuance decreased by 22%, and the monetary volume by 31%. However, the analytical center notes that this decline is not indicative. In June, there was a surge in interest in family mortgages against the backdrop of expectations of changes in conditions; this is a one-time factor.
In total, from January to July, banks provided 577 thousand loans (+38% y/y) totaling 2.6 trillion rubles (+39% y/y).
