In Bashkiria, volume of housing construction grew by 6% year-on-year
In the Republic of Bashkortostan, the housing construction portfolio at the end of July amounted to 3.675 million square meters, according to data from the preferential mortgage operator Dom.RF. This volume is 6% higher than it was by August 2025. Analysts note that developers in the regions are increasing their housing "portfolios," while volumes in the capitals are shrinking: in Moscow, by 11%, in Saint Petersburg, by 9% (compared to January – July 2025).
