New price for residential "square meter" has been determined in Bashkiria
The Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Bashkortostan has established the average market value of one square meter of total residential floor space for the third quarter of 2026. It will amount to 117,256 rubles. The corresponding document is at the disposal of the Bashinform agency editorial office.
The new indicator was approved in accordance with federal and republican regulatory acts.
The approved cost per square meter of housing will be used to calculate subsidies provided to specific categories of citizens "permanently residing and registered in the republic and in need of better housing conditions," the document clarifies. Funds for the payments are allocated from the federal and republican budgets and can be directed toward participating in the construction or purchase of housing.
