Gas station will be built in Ufa on Salavat Yulaev Avenue
By order of the Head of Bashkiria, the company "Lukoil-Uralnefteprodukt" is granted a lease for a land plot in the Sovetsky district of Ufa without bidding. The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan is instructed to conclude the corresponding agreement with the LLC.
The plot with an area of 15.6 ares is located on Salavat Yulaev Avenue in the block of 2nd and 4th Rayonnaya streets before the intersection with S. Agish Street. The cadastral value of the plot is 12.25 million rubles.
