In Bashkiria, peak fuel demand occurs on Friday
The authorities of Bashkiria, together with suppliers, will try to meet fuel needs at the beginning of the weekend. As Deputy Minister of Industry of the Republic of Bashkortostan Eduard Mustafin reported at a briefing at the URCC, data from past weeks showed that the peak of demand falls on Friday.
"On Friday, we expect a surge in demand — the heat has arrived, everyone will go out of town. We plan to provide more gasoline to Ufa and towards tourist destinations," said the Deputy Minister.
