In Bashkiria, mortgage issuance grew sharply in June
In June, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, mortgage issuance soared by one and a half times compared to May — 4.22 thousand versus 2.78 thousand (+52%). The volume of housing loans grew by 1.7 times: 16.68 billion versus 9.75 billion rubles, according to the Credit Bureau (OKB).
Real estate market analysts explain that the driver of this dynamic was reports of planned changes to the terms of the "family mortgage" starting in July. The innovations were ultimately postponed until October.
The average full cost of a loan (FCL) for purchasing an apartment in a new building in June was 14.15%, and for purchasing housing on the secondary market — 18.37%. In May, it was 15.44% and 19.01%, respectively.
