In Bashkiria, new construction prices increased by 1.3% over six months
By the end of June, prices for new construction in the Republic of Bashkortostan increased by 1.3% since the beginning of the year. For the month, there was almost no change (-0.1%). These are the data from the subsidized mortgage operator Dom.RF. At the same time, general inflation in the republic in June amounted to 5.4% compared to June 2025. So in real terms, new construction is becoming cheaper, analysts explain.
Among the largest markets, only metropolitan areas are outpacing nationwide inflation (6%): Leningrad Region (+7.9%), Saint Petersburg (+6.6%), Moscow Region (+5.7%), and Moscow (+4.9%).
The fewer rooms a dwelling has, the faster it becomes more expensive. Since the beginning of the year, one-room apartments have increased by an average of 3.9%, two-room apartments — by 3.6%, and three-room apartments — by 2.8%.
