Bashkortostan Updates Housing and Utilities Fee Standards
Bashkortostan Prime Minister Andrei Nazarov approved republican standards for housing and utility service costs in municipalities from January 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The corresponding resolution was published on the official legal information portal of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The housing and utility service standards are the basis for calculating subsidies for beneficiaries.
For example, in Ufa, the standard housing and utility service cost in apartment buildings over six stories for single residents is set at 6,978.88 rubles during the heating season and 3,763.98 rubles during the non-heating season.
Mezhgorye and Sibay have the highest rates in the republic: 8,286.32 and 8,094.62 rubles, respectively, during the heating season, and 4,849.52 and 4,018 rubles during the non-heating season. In Oktyabrsky, the rates are 7,114.81 rubles and 3,731.99 rubles, respectively; in Sterlitamak, 6,378.21 and 3,290.41 rubles; and in Salavat, 6,478.97 and 3,555.66 rubles.
As for municipal districts, minimum standards for housing and utility costs have been established in several village councils in Mishkinsky, Salavatsky, Karaidelsky, Blagoveshchensky, and other districts—starting from 1,545.25 rubles and above.
