Bashkir sausage is popular in Azerbaijan
A Bashkir poultry producer is increasing its sausage exports, according to the regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor.
The regulatory agency inspected 6.4 tons of finished broiler sausages prepared by a Blagoveshchensk company for export to Azerbaijan.
"Analysis results showed that no hazardous organisms were detected in the finished sausages. The Bashkir company's products comply with the veterinary safety requirements of the importing country," Rosselkhoznadzor emphasized.
Since the beginning of the year, Bashkir processing plants have sold three batches of finished sausages, totaling 35 tons, to Azerbaijan. The republic's producers have received export certification and are included in the Register of Exporters in the Cerberus Federal State Information System.
