In Russia, family mortgage rules will remain in effect until October
The terms of the "Family Mortgage" program will remain unchanged until October 1. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Previously, the possibility of changing the rules starting July 1 was discussed.
For example, there was talk of introducing differentiated rates depending on the number of children in a family.
As the Ministry of Finance explained, interested departments are continuing to develop proposals to improve the "Family Mortgage" in accordance with the instructions of the President of Russia. In this regard, a decision on changing the program's terms will be made no earlier than October 1, 2026.
