Shopping and entertainment center is planned to be built in Ufa
In Ufa, a private investor has been granted permission to develop a planning project for the territory bounded by Komarinskaya, Yelkibayevskaya, Komfortnaya, and Sodruzhestva Avenue in the Kalininsky District. The corresponding decree has been posted on the city administration's website.
The project must justify the placement of a complex of social and consumer service facilities for the population. It will include: a shopping and entertainment center with administrative and household utility rooms, farmers' stalls and craft shops, a gym, and outdoor sports grounds. The investor also plans to create a retro car museum, a hotel, wholesale trade warehouses, children's school and preschool institutions, park zones, transport and engineering infrastructure facilities, and a square for holding events.
