In Ufa, permission has been granted for engineering surveys to plan the territory bounded by Nagaevskoe Highway, a projected street, Geroya Cherkasova Street, and Sodruzhestva Avenue in the Oktyabrsky District. The corresponding resolution is posted on the city administration's website. According to the document, non-residential buildings with a total area of up to 10,000 square meters are planned for a plot with a total area of 49.15 hectares. The buildings will be used for production and storage, as well as for roadside service facilities. During project development, it is necessary to establish the boundaries of the public territory and the zones for the planned placement of capital construction objects, and to determine the locations of the boundaries of the formed and modified plots.
