

From the Iglinsky and Kushnarenkovsky districts of Bashkiria, almost 5 thousand seedlings of decorative plants and flowers have been exported to Kazakhstan, the Rosselkhoznadzor administration for the Republic of Bashkortostan reported.
The Rosselkhoznadzor administration for Bashkiria inspected more than 4.7 thousand seedlings of decorative shrubs and flowers, prepared by garden centers and nurseries in the Iglinsky and Kushnarenkovsky districts, for shipment to Kazakhstan.
Samples of cotoneaster, ninebark, hydrangea, spirea, and roses underwent testing at the Bashkir Testing Laboratory. The entomological examinations conducted did not reveal any dangerous quarantine organisms in the planting material.
Since the beginning of 2026, under the supervision of Rosselkhoznadzor, more than 1 million seedlings of fruit trees, decorative and berry shrubs, flowers, garden and park plants, and other plant species have been exported from Bashkiria to Kazakhstan.
