List of most valuable facilities for economy will be created in Bashkiria

The Russian authorities have adopted a Roadmap to increase territorial capitalization, according to which the cadastral value of real estate in the country should exceed 1 quadrillion rubles by 2030 (currently, it is 920 trillion). It is known that the total cadastral value of land plots in the Republic of Bashkortostan is currently 14.9 trillion rubles and is expected to reach 17 trillion rubles by 2030. As for capital construction objects, a separate list will be created for the most expensive and valuable ones. It will include buildings and premises belonging to both the state and businesses.

As explained by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan, when an object is included in this list, its total area, cadastral value, and the amount of taxes paid will be taken into account. The collection and provision of this information is entrusted to the Rosreestr administration.

"Inclusion in the list will allow creating conditions for the sustainable development of such objects and will prevent unreasonable underestimation of the cadastral value," the Ministry of Land and Property Relations noted.
