Investors of Bashkiria received 10 plots since beginning of year
In Bashkiria, businesses have received 10 land plots without auctions since the beginning of the year, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported. This is one of the most popular forms of state support for implementing investment projects. The total area of the allocated plots is 15.6 hectares. They are located in Sterlitamak and in the Sterlitamaksky, Arkhangelsky, Burzyansky, Baimaksky, and Iglinsky districts.
An investor can receive such a benefit by a decision of the Investment Committee if the future enterprise meets the demand criteria.
