New housing sales have grown in Bashkiria

This year, Bashkiria entered the "top" regions for the sale of new housing and has firmly established itself there, demonstrating growth, while in the subjects that lead the list, the realization of housing under construction has been steadily declining since February (when the terms of the family mortgage became stricter). Against this background, regions outside the largest construction markets are starting to look more prosperous, and Bashkiria has embedded itself in the top ten leaders.

In total, 37 thousand square meters of new housing were sold this month, and in the five months since the beginning of the year, 213 thousand square meters were sold, which is 28% more than in January–May 2024.
