Modern tourist center will be built not far from Ufa

The investment volume for the new facility in the Chishminsky District will amount to almost half a billion rubles.

The project to construct a new tourist complex in the Chishminsky District has been included in the List of priority investment projects, the government of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported. The tourist center is being built by the Kovcheg company, which is investing 449 million rubles in it and will create 30 jobs.

The tourist complex will include an eco-park, 10 guest houses, a restaurant, a coffee shop, an animal boarding facility, a stable, an arena, and a veterinary complex, the company said. Visitors will be able to engage in hippo- and canistherapy (with horses and dogs).

To receive state support and prepare a business plan, the investor was provided with assistance in preparing a package of documents, a suitable land plot was found, the issue of organizing an access road was worked out with the district administration, and the connection of facilities to utility networks was worked out with resource-supplying organizations.
