In the first months of the year, 175 thousand square meters were sold in the region.
In the Republic of Bashkortostan, 33 thousand square meters of new buildings were sold in April, 4% less than in April 2025, reported Dom. RF. However, for January – April, sales grew by 30% year-on-year and amounted to 175 thousand square meters — mainly due to January-February, when 116 thousand square meters were sold.
The cost of 1 square meter in a new building in Ufa in April amounted to 161 thousand rubles per square meter for standard and comfort-class housing (+2% to April 2025) and 191 thousand rubles per square meter for business- or elite-class housing.
At the same time, according to the latest data, the average time to complete new buildings in the Republic of Bashkortostan is 4.4 years. Moreover, at the end of the first quarter, Dom.RF noted the highest rate of sell-through of new buildings in the country, alongside Moscow — 88% (that is, by the time the building is commissioned, 88% of the space is sold). The remaining unsold housing is sold over a long period because new housing is much more expensive than secondary housing, and it is no longer eligible for subsidized mortgages.
From January to May, the construction of 605 thousand square meters of housing was launched in the region (71% more than in the first five months of 2025). As of the end of May, almost 3.6 million square meters of housing were under construction in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Let us recall that in 2025, 3 million square meters were commissioned in the republic, and the same volume is planned for the current year.
