Polyclinic will be built in Iglino, Republic of Bashkortostan, for almost 822 million rubles
The new healthcare facility is designed to be three stories high, with a total area of more than 6.8 thousand square meters. The building will be built on a site identified at the beginning of last year, at the intersection of Pavlov and Astrakantsev streets. It will house adult and pediatric departments designed to receive 600 patients per day.
The polyclinic will house six general practitioner units and six pediatric units, a dentistry department, a functional diagnostics department, and an X-ray diagnostic complex.
While it was initially assumed that the facility would be commissioned in 2030, the final version of the contract shortened the deadlines — delivery is scheduled for December 2028.
The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, spoke about the need for a new large polyclinic: "Currently, the conditions for patients here are, to put it mildly, far from ideal. And the district is large, and it continues to develop rapidly."
