In Ufa, choice of apartments for rent has grown by 18% over year
Analysts attribute the growth in supply to the entry of investment apartments into new buildings.
Over the year, supply in the long-term residential rental market in Bashkortostan's capital increased by 18%. As reported by the press service of the Avito Real Estate platform, the choice of studios (+29%), two-room (+27%), and one-room apartments (+15%) grew particularly noticeably.
At the same time, rental rates in Ufa remain among the most affordable in large Russian cities. In April 2026, the average cost of renting an apartment in the city was 25.2 thousand rubles per month — the same as in Krasnodar, and less than in Kazan, Novosibirsk, or Yekaterinburg.
Analysts attribute the growth in supply to the entry of investment apartments in new buildings into the market, which owners purchased for rental purposes. Across Russia, the share of listings directly from owners has reached 52%, helping tenants save money when moving.
