Housing prices named in Bashkiria
Statisticians of the Republic of Bashkortostan reported the average prices in the republic's housing market, based on data from selective monitoring of actual transaction prices.
In January – March 2026, the cost of one square meter in the primary housing market reached an average of 150.7 thousand rubles. This is 2.7 percent more than at the end of 2025.
The average price for "secondary housing" in the first quarter of 2026 in the region amounted to 110 thousand rubles per "square". Compared to the end of last year, prices rose by 0.84 percent.
