In the Republic of Bashkortostan, more than 98 thousand citizens have been placed on the waiting list for preferential land since 2011. By the end of the first quarter of 2026, 76,646 people had been provided with plots, representing 78% of the total number on the waiting list. And, taking into account an alternative measure of support — a one-time cash payment of 250 thousand rubles — the provision rate reached 83%.
By the end of March and the beginning of April, a total of 5,514 certificates for receiving the payment were issued in the region, of which 162 certificates were issued in 2026. The Ministry of Land and Property Relations notes that the districts of the republic have far from identical conditions for providing land. In Ufa, Sterlitamak, and Neftekamsk, the possibility of providing land is practically exhausted, especially given the condition that the plots must be promising for the provision of electricity and water. This problem can be solved only through the interaction of cities with adjacent districts.
