

Vegetable prices in Bashkortostan decreased over the past week, according to data from Bashstat. Cucumbers saw the largest price drop at 12.62%. They can now be purchased at 215.45 rubles per kilogram. Notably, this vegetable has been gradually becoming cheaper since the beginning of March. Potatoes also became more affordable (by 1.65%) at 41.33 rubles per kilogram, as did carrots (by 1.29%) at 45.15 rubles per kilogram.
Meanwhile, prices rose for tomatoes (5.18%) to 300.33 rubles, chicken eggs (1.78%) to 92.04 rubles per dozen, granulated sugar (1.21%) to 60.91 rubles, and buckwheat (0.98%) to 58.65 rubles per kilogram.
