Market price indicator for housing in Bashkortostan to increase by 1.2%

The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation proposes to set the average market value of a "square" of housing in Bashkortostan at 117,626 rubles for the second quarter. This is 1,400 rubles, or 1.22%, more than the calculated indicator for the first quarter (116,212 rubles).

The average market value of 1 square meter of housing does not reflect the realities of the real estate market; it is used only to calculate subsidies for residents of the republic who are entitled to benefits to improve their housing conditions.
