Ufa residents urged to pay taxes more actively

In Ufa, receipts from property and land taxes from individuals amounted to 1.6 billion rubles, reported the deputy head of the financial department, Ildar Imamov, at an operational meeting in the mayor's office.
He reminded that transport tax goes to the republican budget, property and land tax — to the city budget, where their share is 7.2%.
The head of the financial department noted that, thanks to an active information and awareness campaign, property and land taxes collected from individuals increased by 401 million rubles (+34.3%) from 2020 to 2024. The property tax collection rate in 2025 was almost 96.5%.
The debt of Ufa residents to the municipality currently totals 354.8 million rubles (308 million — debt on property and 46.8 million — debt on land tax). The volume of debt decreased by 10%, Ildar Imamov noted.
