Food production in Bashkiria grew by 25%

At the end of 2025, food production in Bashkiria increased, according to Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, the republic's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture. According to him, the production volume of food and beverages in the region amounted to 233.7 billion rubles last year, representing nearly 25% growth from 2024.

To date, over 1,000 food and beverage production enterprises operate in Bashkiria. In 2025, meat production grew by 16%, meat semi-finished products by 14%, canned meat by 88%, butter by 22.5%, cheese by 28%, bakery products by 18%, flour by 10%, sugar by 7%, and pasta by 12%.
