Bashkortostan sold 44 thousand tons of grain and cereals on domestic Russian market.

Since the beginning of the year, farmers in Bashkortostan have sold more than 44 thousand tons of grain and cereals on the domestic market, the regional office of Rosselkhoznadzor reported.

From January 12 to February 12, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor office in Bashkortostan issued 784 quarantine certificates for grain and processed grain products prepared for shipment to other regions of Russia. In total, 44.4 thousand tons of grain products were shipped to Russian regions. Among the regions that purchased Bashkir grain and cereals are the Astrakhan, Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Rostov, Samara, and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as Krasnodar and Perm territories, Karelia, Tatarstan, Udmurtia, and Chuvashia.

The largest volumes sold on the domestic market were wheat and barley, nearly 22 thousand tons and 19 thousand tons, respectively. The rest included peas, sunflower seeds for processing, flax, and cereals.
