According to Bashstat, the average monthly nominal accrued salary in Bashkortostan for January–November 2025 reached 72,225 rubles, and in November it was 71,894 rubles. This is 10.4% and 7% higher than in the same period in 2024, respectively.
At the same time, the real accrued salary in the republic increased by 1.5% over 11 months in 2025 compared with January–November 2024.
The average monthly nominal accrued wage for employees over a given period is calculated by dividing the total accrued payroll fund by the average number of employees and the number of months in the period.
The accrued salary includes taxes and employee deductions. Social benefits received by employees from state and non-state extra-budgetary funds are not included in the payroll fund or the average monthly salary.
The real wage index is calculated to measure changes in the purchasing power of wages relative to consumer prices for goods and services. It is calculated by dividing the nominal wage index by the consumer price index.
