600 tons of snow removed from central Ufa overnight

During the day, 238 vehicles began cleaning the city.

Ufa municipal workers continue to deal with the aftermath of Sunday's snowfall. Road clearing continued overnight—for example, 600 tons of snow were removed from Pushkin, Kirov, and Lenin streets and transported to a landfill.

During the day shift, 238 units of specialized machinery (out of 360 snow removal vehicles in the city) and 347 road workers were engaged in cleaning. The main efforts are currently focused on clearing pedestrian and transport routes, the Department of Municipal Services and Improvement reported.
