Retail rows worth 185 million rubles will be built in city of Bashkortostan

The retail site will expand opportunities for shoppers not only in the Shakhtau microdistrict, but also for residents of nearby settlements: Urnyak, Oktyabr, Karasevka, and Belskoye.
"The creation of convenient retail infrastructure in new residential areas is our key priority. The Shakhtau retail rows project is a direct response to residents' requests and a significant contribution to creating a comfortable urban environment. We welcome the investor's initiative and, for our part, will provide comprehensive support to the project," the minister concluded.
