Residents of Ufa received one of highest credit ratings in country

The rating of residents of regional capitals is always higher than that of the region as a whole.
The average credit rating of residents of Bashkortostan in 2025 was 723 points, according to the United Credit Bureau. However, if the capital is separated from the rest of the republic's cities and settlements, the result is 746 points in Ufa and 714 points across the region.
"The average credit rating in regional capitals is consistently higher than in the rest of the region. This is especially true for cities with populations exceeding one million. This is explained by the fact that capitals are centers of economic activity. Their residents, having higher and more stable incomes, use credit products more often," the UCB commented.
The national average creditworthiness score is 710 points. The highest average rating is in Moscow (776), and the lowest is in Tuva (598).
