In Ufa, in January, the average price per square meter of new housing was 172 thousand rubles, approximately 5% lower than in December. The average cost of a new or under-construction apartment decreased by 2.3% to 7.62 million rubles, according to data from the "Mir Kvartir" platform.
The decrease in demand in the first month of the year is natural, real estate analysts note — this is a period of cooling after the December surge. This year, increased demand for family mortgages ahead of February restrictions could have had an effect, but it did not affect the overall picture.
