The total number of poultry inspected and processed at the Russian state border and transported by the Bashkortostan office of Rosselkhoznadzor was 4,200.
"The relatively warm January 2026 facilitated early exports of live poultry to Customs Union countries," explained Rosselkhoznadzor.
Samples of biological material collected from each export batch underwent all necessary laboratory testing. The analysis revealed no dangerous diseases or antibodies to avian diseases, and the products of Bashkortostan poultry farmers fully comply with the veterinary safety requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union.
