

The project provides for compensation to agricultural producers and agricultural processing enterprises for up to 90% of the costs associated with training employees under apprenticeship contracts, as well as for wages and accommodation for students during their on-the-job training.
According to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, 31 enterprises received subsidies under the federal project last year. Thanks to its implementation, 354 students completed on-the-job training, and 277 specialists received training under apprenticeship contracts. "This year, work to support businesses and create an effective system for training personnel for the agro-industrial complex will continue," said Ilshat Fazrakhmanov, adding that one of the national project's goals is to ensure that 95% of Russian agro-industrial enterprises are staffed with qualified specialists by 2030.
