Bashkortostan has adjusted its 2026 privatization plan.
The republic plans to sell two sanatoriums and a large agro-industrial enterprise.
According to a decree of the Bashkortostan government, three enterprises are included in the projected 2026 state property privatization plan. Authorities plan to sell 100% of the shares of the Tanyp and Assy sanatoriums, as well as all shares owned by the republic (over 99%) in the Alekseevsky agrocomplex.
506,073 shares of Assy Sanatorium JSC are planned to be sold at 1,000 rubles each, generating proceeds of 506.07 million rubles.
470,000 shares of Tanyp Sanatorium JSC will also be sold at 1,000 rubles each, for a total of 470 million rubles. According to the document, the republic owns 1,949,497 shares of JSC APK Alekseevsky. If they are sold at 1,000 rubles, the treasury will receive almost 1.95 billion rubles.
