Infant food plant to be opened in Bashkortostan

Its construction is 90% complete.

An infant plant will open this year in the Chishminsky District of Bashkortostan. It is currently 90% complete, Enzhe Akhmadullina, Chair of the Public Chamber of Bashkortostan and Head of the Association of Social Catering Enterprises of the Republic, announced at a government briefing at the Central Control Center.
The plant's planned capacity is 850 tons of product per month. The total investment is over 965 million rubles.

According to her, the Association of Social Catering Enterprises of Bashkortostan is systematically investing in modern equipment and facility renovations. Since 2022, the association's food service operators have invested 185 million rubles in school kitchens.
In addition, they have established 14 production sites for semi-finished products, baked goods, and confectionery. All manufactured products are state-registered for baby food.
"The total investment in the production capacity of all food service operators in the region is estimated at over 2 billion rubles," noted the association's director.
It was previously reported that a forum of the Association of Social Catering Operators would be held in Bashkortostan.
