New-build sales increased almost 1.5-fold in November in Bashkortostan
In the month, developers in the region sold 68,000 square meters of future housing under shared-equity agreements.
By the end of the year, Bashkortostan entered the top ten of the state corporation Dom.rf's rankings for housing under construction and sales activity.
In November, 68,000 square meters of new-build housing were sold in the republic—48% more than the previous year. In January-November, developers in Bashkortostan sold 497,000 square meters of future housing in apartment buildings, a 14% decrease compared to the same period last year.
According to Dom. RF analysts, national new-build sales for the entire year will total approximately 25 million square meters (-2% compared to 2024), for a total of 5 trillion rubles (the same as in 2024).
