Bashkortostan Ministry of Finance reported on republican budget execution

Tax and non-tax revenues of the republican budget as of November 1 amounted to 175.63 billion rubles out of the planned 236.89 billion rubles (74%). The federal budget received 67.49 billion rubles out of the scheduled 83.82 billion rubles (80.5%). Overall, the revenue item was executed at 75.8%. This was reported by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

Expenditures in 2025, taking into account all adjustments, are expected to amount to 348.6 billion rubles; 249.9 billion rubles (71.7%) of the planned budget have been fulfilled over the past 10 months. The most fully implemented expenditure items were for national defense (99%), social policy (82.2%), healthcare (80.8%), transfers to municipal budgets (82.5%), culture (78.4%), and physical education and sports (80.1%).

The planned deficit is 27.8 billion rubles; currently, only a quarter of it—6.8 billion rubles—is in the red.
