Car loan issuance in Bashkortostan increased more than 1.5 times (53.5%) in October compared to October 2024, and the loan volume for cars increased by almost 70%.
According to the United Credit Bureau, residents of the region received 5,066 car loans totaling 6.98 billion rubles.
The month-on-month growth is also significant: 12% in number and 15% in volume.
The average loan amount increased by 40,000 rubles over the month to 1.38 million rubles, then decreased to 1.25 million rubles in October 2024.
The average loan term has remained stable at 6 years since last year.
According to the United Credit Bureau, the total cost of a new car loan increased to 14.43% in October, up from 13.67% in September. The APR for used car purchases decreased slightly to 25.28%, down from 26.03% in September.
The share of new-car loans in October was 71% of total loans and 74% of total auto loan volume.
