

Starting January 1 of next year, the minimum wage set by law will be 27,093 rubles per month. Taking into account the Ural coefficient, the minimum wage in Bashkortostan will be 31,156 rubles 95 kopecks before personal income tax.
This was reported by the republic's State Labor Inspectorate, which explained that employers are required to pay wages at least equal to the minimum wage, as stipulated in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
This year, the minimum wage in the republic is 25,806 rubles, taking into account the Ural coefficient and before personal income tax. The total increase will be 20.7%.
