Gross regional product of Bashkortostan nears 3 trillion rubles

On November 11, Russia celebrates the Day of the Economist. Prime Minister of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov extended his congratulations to professionals in the field.

“Economists are people who bring order to everything. Even their professional holiday falls on a neat, symmetrical date - 11.11. I thank our government's economic team for tackling the region’s top-priority challenges. Your work, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of economic processes are the foundation of all our republic's socio-economic achievements,” Andrey Nazarov posted.

According to him, Bashkortostan's gross regional product has reached 2.9 trillion rubles. Over the past six years, the annual investment volume has tripled - reaching 783.8 billion rubles. By the end of the current year, the region expects to surpass the 800-billion-ruble investment milestone.

Earlier, Bashinform reported that Bashkortostan will enter the top 10 regions by economic growth.
