

On November 10, the Central Bank will issue a coin from the "Outstanding Personalities of Russia" series. The coin features a portrait of Yevgeny Lamansky, a prominent statesman who participated in drafting the documents for the Peasant Reform, which abolished serfdom. Lamansky also played a key role in the creation of the State Bank.
The coin has a denomination of 2 rubles, is 15.55 g of 925 silver, has a rim diameter of 33 mm, and is limited to 3,000 pieces.
