The goal of the federal project is to staff agricultural enterprises at 95% capacity by 2030 and make the industry attractive to highly trained young professionals.
"One of the challenges facing the agricultural sector is personnel management. We need to build a system that starts in school, identifies children who love the land and want to work it, and encourages them—not forces them—to dedicate their lives to agriculture. We expect to receive 1 billion rubles from the "Personnel in the Agricultural Sector" project by the end of the year. This is a comprehensive system that trains children from school onward. This includes renovating our agricultural university, training new professionals in the agricultural sector, subsidizing housing, and subsidizing student salaries for seasonal work at agricultural enterprises. We shouldn't forget about creating agricultural classes. In 2025, two such classes were opened in schools in the Buzdyaksky and Nurimanovsky districts," said Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.
As Ilshat Fazrakhmanov emphasized at the press conference, this is only the beginning of a significant undertaking.
"If we receive at least one billion annually over the next five years, the system itself will be completely modernized and will be able to begin training modern personnel for modern agriculture," he concluded.
