Car wash will be built in Bulgakovo

By order of the Head of Bashkortostan, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Ufa District Administration have been authorized to grant Ai Da Vkus LLC a 0.6-hectare land plot in the Bulgakov Village Council of the Ufa District for the construction of a modern car wash complex. It will be located next to an existing roadside service center. The investment volume for the new facility will be 120 million rubles.

In July of this year, the company's investment project was granted priority status. Assistance in obtaining the lease for the desired plot was requested as a government support measure.
