Average pension increased by 11.5% over year in Bashkortostan

Across the region, it was approximately 23,000 rubles.

The average pension in Bashkortostan as of September 1 of this year was 22,894 rubles, according to the Unified State Information System (EMISS). Effective September 1, 2024, the amount increased by 11.5%.

The average pension for non-working pensioners is 23,129 rubles, while for working pensioners it is 21,570 rubles.

According to the Social Fund of the Republic of Bashkortostan, there are more than 1.127 million pensioners in the republic. Of these, 262 are over 100 years old, 17,000 are between 90 and 100 years old, and over 90,000 are between 80 and 90 years old.

Upon reaching age 80, the insurance pension payment doubles to 17,815 rubles.
