

The draft law has been included in the federal budget package and was reviewed alongside the draft federal budget for 2026–2028, reports the lower house of parliament.
According to the document, the minimum wage (MROT) is planned to be set at 27,093 rubles per month starting January 1, 2026. Thus, the MROT is expected to rise by more than 20% next year.
This measure will help raise the salaries of 4.5 million people.
In Bashkiria, the current minimum wage is 25,806 rubles, including a regional coefficient of 15%, as previously reported by Bashinform.
