In September, residents of Bashkiria received 1,634 mortgages under preferential programs totaling 8.48 billion rubles. The number and volume of loans issued decreased by 11% compared to August, according to data from the United Credit Bureau.
Experts attributed the August increase of +8% to the response to a reduction in the key rate. Now the situation is reversing, but the results still exceed those of June (1.5 thousand loans).
The average loan amount remains around 5.2 million rubles, with an average term of about 28 years.
Preferential mortgages accounted for 52% of all loans issued in September and 73% of the total amount. As a result, the share of commercial mortgages is slowly but steadily increasing.
In September, residents of Bashkiria also received 1,526 mortgages under "general" programs totaling 3.15 billion rubles, with an average loan amount of 2.06 million rubles.
