Residential High-Rises to Replace Former Vosk hod Bread Factory in Ufa
The site of the former production workshops will be redeveloped.
At the corner of 50 Let SSSR and Komsomolskaya streets, high-rise residential buildings are planned, according to a decree by the Ufa city administration approving the planning and land surveying project for this block.
The document outlines plans to build residential sections of 32, 26, and 9 floors on one podium, as well as sections of 32 and 13 floors on another. The podiums will also contain commercial spaces, with underground parking facilities beneath them. To serve the new housing complex, two transformer substations with a distribution unit are planned.
The decree states that the decision was made following a request from JSC Ufimskoye Bread Association "Voskhod" and is aimed at the sustainable development of the territory.
