Bashkortostan Industrial Development Fund has new CEO.

Marsel Kashaev has been appointed CEO of the Bashkortostan Industrial Development Fund. This was announced by the republic's Ministry of Industry, Energy, and Innovation.

Previously, Marsel Kashaev served as the head of the Department of Agro-Industrial Complex and Consumer Markets in the Bashkortostan Government. He also held several senior positions in the Bashkortostan Ministry of Finance. He has extensive experience interacting with federal and regional development institutions, as well as credit and financial institutions, and organizing corporate legal work for business entities. Additionally, he has developed financial support instruments. He also has teaching experience.

"I am confident that under Marsel Kashaev's leadership, the Fund will continue to support economic growth in Bashkortostan effectively. His extensive experience and professional skills will enable us to successfully implement projects aimed at developing the region's industrial potential, introducing innovative technologies, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises," noted Alexander Sheldyaev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry, Energy, and Innovation.
