For example, the management fee for an apartment building will be 3.52 rubles per square meter of total area.
Cleaning of the adjacent grounds will cost 7.96 rubles per square meter of total area.
Entrance hall cleaning will cost 4.57 rubles.
Garbage chute maintenance will cost 4.46 rubles.
Heating system maintenance will cost from 5.86 to 6.7 rubles.
Building maintenance and routine repairs will cost 6.01 rubles, and elevator maintenance will cost 3.35 rubles.
